Flagging notifications

A flagging notification is made when the ownership or voting rights in a listed company reaches, exceeds or falls below the subscription threshold. The thresholds are 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50%, 2/3 and 90% of the number of votes or shares in the company. The shareholder must submit a flagging notification to the company and to the Financial Supervisory Authority using the flagging notification form available on the website of the Financial Supervisory Authority.
